Returns Policy

Under no circumstances may products be returned to the Seller unless prior arrangement has been made between the Seller and the Customer. Products must be returned
within 30 days of the invoice date, in an unused and undamaged condition, in
the original packaging, subject to prior arrangement as mentioned above
. Returns are made at the Customers expense subject to a 25% inspection and re-stocking fee, unless the equipment is faulty, no carriage charges are refundable.

Where products or services have been supplied on a trial basis, at the end of the allocated trial period full payment will be required if the products are not returned in an undamaged condition, in the original packaging.

All products must be returned by the customer at their cost for evaluation.

Products may only be returned to us with our prior arrangement/ agreement, at your expense, and according to our instructions. Any products returned in contravention of this Section will not be the subject of any refunds or replacements and you will continue to be liable for payment of the price of such products.

Where you return products to us in accordance with the provisions of this Section, and in our reasonable opinion those products do not conform with the warranties set out in the warranty section above, then you will be entitled to replacement products (where replacements are available) or, where we agree, a refund of the price paid in respect of those products (including all delivery charges).

Where products or services have been supplied on a trial basis, at the end of the allocated trial period full payment will be required unless by prior agreement the trial is cancelled. In such case the products will be returned to us, at your cost. The equipment should be returned in its original packaging and condition and any damages or non return of these items will be charged for accordingly.

We will return equipment that has been repaired under warranty free of charge to the mainland U.K. only.
