This intelligent tool allows you to build rotas with ease, to ensure you’re covering the right areas of your business with the required employee levels and skill sets. 

This is the ideal module for sectors like production, hospitality, care and many others where building regular rotas with ease is essential.

While building your rotas, you can check you’re keeping within budget, by seeing your actual totals and costs along the way. Choose from three different levels of roster (Basic, Advanced & Smart).

Users can email the roster to a specified group or employees can view their roster via the employee app (PWA).

Basic Roster Planner...

Use the interactive roster planner to schedule your employees. This is a spreadsheet style dashboard, that allows you to schedule employees’ rotas while being able to view things like department, absences, groupings, etc. The Basic/Standard roster planner allows users to schedule pre-configured shift patterns against an employee, once scheduled the employee can view their rota via the employee app (PWA) or users can e-mail the rotas directly from the software.

Advanced Roster Planner...

The Advanced Roster Planner gives you all the standard features of the Basic Roster Planner but is more intelligent, allowing you to schedule shift patterns against an employee, even if the shift patterns aren’t pre-configured in the system. We store a basic set of rules in the background of the system, allowing users to free type shift patterns and the system will just create them on the fly. This will also allow you to see budgeting information and report on costs, etc.

Smart (Bespoke) Roster Planner...

Incorporating all the features of the Basic and Advanced Roster Planner Modules, the Smart Roster Planner is the most intelligent and advanced planner module available in ActIn Time Connected. Allow the system to create automatic rotas for you, based on a variety of constraints.

This is a bespoke feature that allows you to tell the system how many employees you need on shift that have certain qualifications/skills sets, fire marshalls, first aiders, etc. The system will also look at the absences that have been planned or requested to build an automatic roster, ensuring you have the right employees, with the right skills sets, who aren’t scheduled for absences and sufficient fire marshals/first aiders onsite.
