The Personnel Forms Module allows users to create their own form templates. Once created, employees can complete the form via the employee self service application (PWA).
The Personnel Forms Module allows users to create their own form templates using a variety of options such as multiple choice, text items, file upload and more. Once created, users can upload the form for employees to complete via the employee self service application (PWA), the completed form is then reflected in the software for users to review.
A great feature to ensure all your employee information stays in one place and allows them to complete training forms, return to work forms, expense forms and many more with ease.
Users can then track complete forms through the To Do List Dashboard and have the option to export a report on completed forms via the data explorer.

Form Authorisation...
After an employee has completed a form in the employee app (PWA), the results will be reflected in the main Connected software. Software users can then access the form and either approve or decline the completed form. This is a two-tier authorisation process, so a second ‘finalisation’ can be required before the form is ‘fully approved’.
