Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3 working days of acceptance of the order. Delivery of Goods shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the order and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Title and risk of the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods.

Where certain products are sold with a FREE delivery, it will cover UK mainland ONLY.

Orders received before 13:00 will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 13:00 will be processed and ready for shipment the next day.

All the above are dependent on items being in stock at the time of ordering.

We will contact you should the item be out of stock.

For orders still required next day but ordered after 13:00, please call us.

If programming or onsite installation and commissioning is required we will contact you upon receipt of order to discuss scheduling installation and to discuss your requirements in detail.
